Warranty, Returns and Refunds Policy

If you have a problem with your purchase, we're here to help.
Your purchase is warrantied against manufacturer defects and can be returned or replaced within 90 days of the original receipt of the product, if the return is due to manufacturer defect or damage. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately to initiate an exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
To be eligible for a return for reasons other than manufacturer defect, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Promotional and bundled items
When a promotional item included in the original transaction is not returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
